Hi my name is Stephanie Fearon-Isle. I've been through my own journey with nutrition for over 15 years and after seeking advice from specialists such as dieticians, personal trainers and therapists I decided to take things into my own hands and undertook several courses to become a nutritionist. With the knowledge I have gained I'm now happier and healthier than I have been in years. I want to share what I have learnt with others to help you on your own journey.
My main focus is food is fuel. I'm not here to restrict your calories or tell you what you can and cannot eat. My goal is to help you take control of your diet and eat good food that will keep you fuller for longer and maintain good health. ​You can start by creating your personalised meal plan for success.

CONSULTATION WITH PERSONALISED MEAL PLAN - £30
40 minute online consultation to discuss your likes and dislikes, any allergies and what you want out of the meal plan. You'll receive a personalised 4 week meal plan after your consultation and top tip sheet.
